ABOUT US
Legacy Senior In Home Care is an independent home health agency licensed by state of Florida to provide non-medical Home Care for aging adults and those affected by acute or chronic disabilities. We are very community oriented, owned and managed by generations of family whose life’s purpose has been caring for other people. Because we have been involved in the medical community for years, our knowledge and care giving experience will be beneficial to families caring for aging parents or terminal ill loved ones.
The goals of our Home Care business are finding the right balance by talking with clients and their families and introducing specially trained and certified staff to come into their home. To maintain excellent client relations, we rely on careful quality control. Finding caregivers who have a genuine empathy for the elderly and sick (many of Legacy’s staff got into the business because they cared for their own family and/or have hospice experience and found the work rewarding) and doing thorough background checks ensures the right person to do the job while representing Legacy In Home Care.
OUR SERVICES
We believe in giving as much information as possible to help our referral sources make informed decisions about their care. We understand no one service plan fits all and again we are willing to listen to client and families to match services to individual needs. We will try to be innovative, create choices as well as schedules that add value and satisfaction.
The initial service plan is authorized from a documented evaluation by a Registered Nurse who will continue to monitor care and staff for compliance and provide reports to families.
